1. NAIM ANWAR

Mr. Naim has been associated with the corporate world for more than 30 years out of which 24 years have been in senior positions in the insurance industry having a vast experience in the fields of Sales & Operations, Re Insurance, Underwriting & Claims and Risk Management. He started his career in sales working up the ladder to the position of Executive Director at Adamjee Insurance Ltd, and Deputy Managing Director PICIC Insurance Ltd. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Insurance Association of Pakistan (IAP). He has an ACCA background and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Government College of Commerce and Economics, Karachi. He is a Certified Director from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants (ICMA) of Pakistan.

2. TANVEER AHMED

Mr. Tanveer has more than 30 years of experience at Senior Level Management positions. He has been associated with Textile Spinning, Knitting and Dying Units. The companies he had been associated with supplied to some of the best global brands like Levi’s, Chaps, and Wal-Mart. His area of expertise involved procurement procedures, quality requirements, and compliance requirements for some of the leading buying houses. He has an extensive experience of handling production, Sales, Banking, Accounts, and CBA Unions in addition to his vast knowledge of corporate affairs including litigation / compliance.

3. SUHAIL ELAHI

Mr. Suhail holds more than 30 years business experience at different senior levels. He had been associated with different Textile and Leather Units as Director Marketing and Exports, where he had been handling and managing local and international business and running of the Mills.

4. SHEIKH SHIRAZ MUBASHIR

Mr. Sheikh Shiraz is a Pakistani businessman who is successfully achieving milestone in different Industries for the last two decades. Presently he is in real estate market with extensive interest in numerous residential and commercial real estate projects in Karachi under the title of K S Builders & Developers and Maqsons Builders & Developers. He is also director in a pioneer automobile 3’s Dealership of Honda Atlas Cars Pakistan Ltd in Karachi by the name of Honda Shahrah-e-Faisal & Honda Defense. Moreover Mr. Sheikh Shiraz Mubashir is also working as CEO in Pure Crete Pvt Ltd that is running a manufacturing plant of Blok Making, Crete, Hollow Block & etc..

5. NAVEEDA MAHMUD

Ms. Naveeda Mahmud is a senior HR professional with a diversified experience of more than 35 years in the areas of Marketing, Human Resource Management, Training and Organizational Development. She qualified with an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, in 1982. Her first job was in marketing with Wellcome Pakistan, a multinational pharmaceutical Company and then she moved to the Aviation sector and worked for the national airline PIA for 12 years in marketing research, planning, commercial agreements and management training. Subsequently, as an Associate HR Consultant with a private consultancy, she worked on HR projects, designed training modules and facilitated programs in various organizations. In 2004 she joined DHL(Pakistan) Pvt. Ltd as National Manager HR, where she managed all HR functions in line with company business strategies. After a three year stint with DHL, she joined PPL in 2007 and retired in November 2018 as Senior Manager Training & Development. During her 11 years with PPL, Naveeda headed the training function in Human Resources Department with responsibility for managing all training activities for approximately 2800 staff and various capacity building and organizational development initiatives undertaken by the company over the years. From Dec 2018 to Sept 2019 she worked as Deputy Executive Director with Pakistan Insurance Institute which is the premier organization for imparting insurance related education and training to insurance professionals. Her work involved organizing various training programs and courses for insurance professionals and maintaining liaison with stakeholders..

6. SHAIKH WAQAR AHMED

Mr. Shaikh Waqar Ahmed is a seasoned professional with over 34 years of experience in the corporate sector with local and foreign multinationals in IT, Petroleum, Consumer Durables and Port & Shipping sectors. He has rich experience in Sales, Customer Services, Human Resources and Organization Development. In 1993 he attended the Management Development Program at University of Houston, USA on USAID scholarship. He is also a certified Trainer of Trainers. He retired from Pakistan Petroleum Limited in 2017 and now is a valuable advisor to corporate sector in line with his vast experience.

7. RASHID MALIK

Mr. Rashid Malik holds more than 31 years of marketing and business experience. He had been associated with different food chains and restaurant equipment as Marketing Head and Owner, where he had been handling and managing local and international business.

8. ASMA KASHIF

Ms. Asma Kashif has a diversified experience of more than 12 years in the field of Marketing, Teaching, and Training. She qualified BA from the National Textile Collage. Her profile includes teaching and marketing experience from Pakistan and UAE.
