Naim Anwar - Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Naim is CSIL's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years having a vast experience in various fields out of which 24 years have been in senior management positions in Insurance including Sales & Operations, Re-Insurance, Underwriting & Claims and Risk Management. He started his career in Sales moving on to be Executive Director at Adamjee Insurance Ltd, and Deputy Managing Director PICIC Insurance Ltd. He is a member of the Executive Committee of Insurance Association of Pakistan (IAP) and Vice Chairman 2018-20198 (IAP). He has an ACCA background and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Government College of Commerce and Economics, Karachi. He is a Certified Director from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants (ICMA) of Pakistan.

Tanveer Ahmed - Group Resident Director

Mr. Tanveer has more than 30 years of experience in Senior Management of Textile Spinning, Knitting and Dying units. The units he had been associated with had been dealing with some of the best global brands such as Wal-Mart, and had been involved with the procurement procedures, quality requirements, and compliance requirements for some of the leading buying houses. He has an extensive experience of handling production, Sales, Banking, Accounts, and CBA Unions. In addition he has a depth of knowledge in legal affairs and compliance / corporate affairs.

Malik Mehdi Muhammad - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr. Malik has previously worked for Adamjee Insurance Limited, heading the finances of its largest division. He has extensive experience in the fields of Finance, Accounts and Regulatory procedures. He has also worked as AVP Finance Division for Pakistan Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation Limited, where he was responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of SECP and SBP. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and has completed 4 years of professional training with A.F. Ferguson & Co., a member firm of Price Water House Coopers (PwC).

Suhail Elahi - Resident Director

Mr. Suhail holds more than 30 years of working at Senior Level positions with various organizations in the manufacturing sector. He had been associated with different Textile Mills and Leather units as Director Marketing and Exports, where he had been handling and managing local and international business and running of the Mills.
